Product Number: ADCMXL3021
I bought the ADcmXL3021 for measuring velocity, which is a crucial parameter in my application. But I am always receiving around zero velocity even in the motion.
-> I am working in MTC mode and configured to receive velocity.
-> My requirement is to measure non-linear velocity.
-> I want to know what the max velocity that it can measure is.
-> In the datasheet, they mentioned 1 LSB = 2.72 μm/sec. If that is the case, the max velocity is 2.85 m/s (if it is unipolar) or else 1.43 m/s (if it is bipolar)
-> The reason I chose this sensor is to find out velocity directly without integrating acceleration values, which have noise. To remove that, we need to add Kalman filters and so on.
