I have set these parameters in SWV, but I am still unable to see the oxidation of heavy metal ions. Here, if I am not wrong, the SWV ramp starts from 0.3V to 1.9V, but the metal ion oxidation is observed at negative potential. I have also tried to vary the potential ranges but can't optimize. I just want to know if there are any other parameters that need to be optimized that have a major effect on the metal ion oxidation.What parameters need to take care.Please help me.

Hi,
Have you connected electrodes CE and SE across the electrolyte?
If so, with the above configuration, voltage across electrodes(VCE - VSE) will vary from -1.2V to 0.4V.
Depending on the metal and oxidizing agent, oxidation potential varies, whose values are listed in tables in internet.
