What are the scaling factor of ADXL314 at 3200 ODR ?

 For this part the scale factor remains the same on its different ODR configurations.

Hello back again, We can calculate the resolution taking in account the Measurement range and the output resolution: 
 \frac{400}{2^{13}}=0.488	ext{ g}

Which equals to the scale factor ( 1/ scale factor in g will give us the 20.48 sensitivity value) Also we could take in account noise factors due to different ODR, or a typ (68% population) 10% calibration error as noted in the datasheet. On the ODR side we can expect a peak (99.9% population) noise value of 0.965 g at 3200 Hz ODR. Hope this helps, Mario SM
