What is the maximum resolution we can achieve in terms of G.

We can calculate the resolution taking in account the Measurement range and the output resolution:

\frac{400}{2^{13}}=0.488\text{ g}

Which equals to the scale factor ( 1/ scale factor in g will give us the 20.48 sensitivity value)

Also we could take in account noise factors due to different ODR, or a typ (68% population) 10% calibration error as noted in the datasheet. 

On the ODR side we can expect a peak (99.9% population) noise value of 0.965 g at 3200 Hz ODR.
