ADXL193

Hello,

I am looking for an accelerometer and I was confident to have found a very goog component with ADXL193 model AD22283.

But unfortunately it seems to be obsolete. To my knowledge of your catalogue no others component fit my application:

- acceleration range: +- 250g (+-200g could be ok) or beyond,

- consumption 1.5mA is really the maximum (actually we wanted to test ADXL193 to check if the consumption could be < 0.5mA with our use)

- price for quantity 3000 < 15€;

- frequency response at least 5kHz, 10kHz is appreciate (see response delay)

- analog output

Could you confirm that ADXL193 is no longer available?
To your knowledge , could you find an AD component which correspond to specification here above?
