Regarding ADXL355 Repeatability value

Question

Question 1: I am thinking of aging for 1000 hours to relieve stress during reflow. Is it necessary to turn on electricity during aging?
Question 2: Is it correct to understand that the repeatability value stated in the data sheet is the value excluding the stress during reflow mentioned above?
Question 3: Could you please tell me if there is any way to reduce the repeatability value ?

 Please find the answer below: 
 1) Not necessary. 2) The test that are part of the repeatability are performed to parts soldered on the PCB. The initial bias after soldered is removed from repeatability. 3) Not possible. It is intrinsic to the electronics and MEMS sensor behavior.
