ADIS16507 Aging Performance Degradation

Category: Datasheet/Specs
Product Number: ADIS16507

The ADIS16507 data sheet includes the following statement: “Bias repeatability provides an estimate for long-term drift in the bias, as observed during 500 hours of high temperature operating life (HTOL) at 105°C.” I am interpreting bias repeatability in this context as the turn-on to turn-on bias repeatability, with the “long-term drift in the bias” that Analog Devices describes characterizing the long-term drift in bias repeatability rather than in raw static bias at turn-on. Am I understanding this part of the statement correctly?
