Cannot find the related document of ADIS16550

Question

Hello everyone, 
 I am working with ADIS16550 inertial sensor. I need to learn how to use and deal with ADIS16550. 
 But I cannot find any documents (Datasheet, Specs, Application Notes, ...) of this device on the Internet. 
 Although I found a link to Analog Devices' website: www.analog.com/.../adis16550.pdf , I got a 404 error. 
 If you have any information about ADIS16550, please share it with me.

you are correct it should be 0x54 based on the data sheet table 91, 92 and table 15

Yup, Thank you very much ! 
 And in Table 21, page 32 of datasheet: 
 Should the address of COEFF_C118 and COEFF_C119 registers be 0x7E, 0x7F respectively, instead of 0x 7D, 0x7E ??

 you are right again, this is yet again another typo. 
 
 COEFF_C118 and COEFF_C119 registers are 0x7E, 0x7F
