    I consider ADXL1004.
    

    

    I measured the self noise of the ADXL1004.
    

    At that time, equally spaced harmonic noise was seen at 12kHz, 18kHz, 24kHz, etc.
    The level is less than 1mG.
    

    Is it possible for the ADXL1004 to generate this kind of equally spaced harmonic noise?
