    Let me know about Xout and Yout absolute maximum ratings.
    Absolute maximum ratings is written that all other pins is (COM − 0.3 V) to (VS + 0.3 V) .
    However, Figure22 seem to exceed the absolute maximum ratings. I also confirmed this phenomenon on my board.
    

    I'm considering this axis delay due to each axis has internal register and external capacitor.
    

    Is it no problem that above behavior is happend.
    I also want to confirm, How long can that pin exceed the time and voltage from Vs.
