Hello nbild,
I am not aware of any ADXL examples specifically for the EV-COG-AD4050 board. However, there are two example projects for interfacing the ADXL363 with the ADuCM4050 EZ-KIT which are included in the board support pack (BSP). These could potentially be used as a starting point/reference, with some modification required.
