ADIS16488

When I install the USB connection programs for the ADIS16488 and ADIS16495 at the same time, why can't the respective software be opened at the same time to record data?

  •  If you have a moment, can you let me know if there is any limitations that you are aware of, if we want to run 2 EVAL-ADIS-Fx3Z platforms on one PC, at the same time?  I will try this out at my location, but would value your counsel, if you happen to see this. Thank you!

  • Sorry for the delay in response.

I am not aware of any issue using multiple EVAL-ADIS-FX3 boards on the same host PC. This is actually a configuration we use routinely in the lab. I have less experience using an EVAL-ADIS-FX3 on the same PC as an EVAL-ADIS-2, but generally it should not be an issue. If your PC has multiple USB controllers, perhaps try connecting only a single eval board to each?

Also, can you confirm that the "USB Connection" error coming from the Windows driver, not the IMU eval application?
