I'm a DFAE in Japan. Our customer gives us a question about Axes of Acceleration sensitivity of ADXL316. It's seems to be similar question below link.

Comparing Fig. 2 and Fig. 22 of the Data sheet, I think that the direction of acceleration is opposite. Which figure is correct?

I think both figures are correct, notice that figure 22 axes do not show + or - direction, just spatial orientation. Figure 23 is better to understand this:
