I don't have problem that ADXL343. Question reason is Customer has trouble stiction of other product. Therefore Customer is considering to adopt ADXL343.

we screen for this type of failure during production, and failing parts are discarded. So the customer should not see have this issue.
Notice that the sensor range is up to 16g, and part also has a over range protection mechanism (at about 2.5 times the sensor range) that disengages sensor excitation to avoid permanent damage to the sensor (or stiction).
Furthermore the XL343 is rated to survive 10k gee shocks of 0.1ms duration.
