ADXL362 FIFO data

Hello,

I'm DFAE. I have a question about ADXL362 from my customer. 

According to the customer, the first FIFO data of X, Y and Z are fixed to X=3800h, Y=7800h and Z=B800h after power on and software reset. The data of 2nd and afterwards are no problem. Do you know the reason of this case? And how should we do for avoiding this issue?
