Is the offset error of ADXL362 is changed between measurement mode and wake-up mode ?
Our measurement reuslt shows the ottset error change between modes.
I would like to know if this is correct or there is any wrong with my use.
ADXL362 is set to the stable stage.
X=Y= about 0G Z=1G
Output of X,Y,Z is changed to 10~20mg by changing measurement mode -> wake-up mode
Supply voltage :2.4V

Do you have any data about the change of offset error ?
I can not find the data of offset error change in the datasheet.
Unfortunately, this is not characterized by a good amount of products. Based on the observation through limited testing, this shift may also change over temperature and from part to part.
Could you teacn me about the mechanism of offset shift between modes if you know ?
If possible, I would like to assume about the amoun of shift (~ some tens mg or ~some hundreds mg )
The wake-up mode operates differently than the measurement mode, due to its cycling between standby and measurement mode. Settling or other signal conditioning factors may contribute to higher offset value on the sensor output in the wake-up mode. This can vary from single-digit mg to tens of mg scale (and over temperature) as far as I'm aware of.
