We are using the on-board ADXL362 on the EV-COG-AD3029LZ and we have observed, using gravity, that there is an offset of 0.4G on our reading. That is, we are reading around 1.4G when the COG board is right side up, and -0.6G when it is upside down. How can we cancel/adjust that offset? Does the adxl362 have something like the Offset trim register in adxl372?
Thank you for your use of ADXL362. We're sorry for the late reply. The ADXL362 does not have an on-board offset trim register. You may have to hard code your measured offset to cancel out its effects on the measured acceleration. Hope this helps.
