Hello Expert Team,
I am designing a small wearable which barely contains an ATMega328p-MU microcontroller and ADXL335 accelerometer and a power source with some passive components. While going through the data sheet of ADXL335 I came across a section that dealt with the power supply coupling. I doubt do I need to have any resistors or capacitors with X-OUT,Y-OUT and Z-OUT pins while connecting them to the MCU. I attached a snip of my connections schematic. Please tell me whether they are correct or do I need t have any additional circuitary.
Can anyone please reply? I need the support badly
I am sorry about the gap in our response time on this. We have recently re-organized and those who worked on this project or no longer part of our team. Having said that, the consequence of no resistors and capacitors would be that you would have no filtering of the full mechanical response of these sensors. What sample rates are you using with your A/D converter?
I am sorry, can you clarify more about what do you mean by sample rates? You mean +-250g/+-500g etc?
