Hi ADI Expert,
Due to customer would like place ADXL185B into the box which is vacuum, so ADXL185B need to go through Vacuum filling process when manufaturing.
So customer would like to know how much vacuum level that ADXL185B can withstand? Ex. how many bar? (or hPa, mmHg, Torr…any unit to describe Atmospheric pressure)
Or ADXL185B can't works under vaccum status?
