I am sorry that you feel that way, but I am not sure that type of rhetoric is going to encourage stronger support for your needs. Even though I am on vacation,  I was about to post a response to ask about your application and where you purchased this part from. This product was originally intended for a very limited audience, which is why we only have a 1-page datasheet posted on its product page.  However, from what I understand, it might have been accidentally released to our sales channel.  The bottom line is that we do not presently have open-market support resources, who are assigned to this product.  I will see if I can get you an answer for your question, but can you share more information on your application?  If you prefer to have that conversation privately, I can email you.  Just let me know, but please be advised that  response times are going to be slow over the next couple of weeks.  Most of our support staff is taking time off for the Christmas holiday.  Thank you!
