ADXL327 accuracy

Question

Hi Experts, 
 
 If ADXL327 can meet our requirement ? Thx. 
 Requirement: Tilt sensor angle range -20~20,accuracy 0.02,repeat accuracy 0.05, MCU AD 16bit. 
 Any other ADXL3xx less than 3$ cost part is recommended?
