Why would someone want a deeper FIFO?

A FIFO provides two main advantages:

to other jobs.
2. It can store context prior to a trigger event that wakes up a system.
In both cases, a deeper FIFO is useful:
1.A deeper FIFO enables the host processor to sleep longer, saving more power,
or to tend to
other jobs for longer.
2.A deeper FIFO can store even more context prior to the trigger event. This
way the system
can make more intelligent decisions about responding to the trigger that
caused the wake-up
event.
