    Everything I've found online so far seem to point to the fact that the ADF7024 is fully compatible with the ADF7023 register map, with the addition of preset profiles. 
    

    I'd like to confirm that's true and make sure I can also use firmware modules.

      Hi Liam,
      

      The ADF7024 is designed with constrained radio profile settings, optimized for the user to concentrate more on the protocol and system level design and prototyping.
      

      If you want to operate with different data rate, frequency deviation, channel spacing etc (other than the radio profiles specified in ADF7024) then you can consider the ADF7023 transceiver.
      

      We do not guarantee anything not in the datasheet such as downloading of firmware modules to the ADF7024 (which is available for the ADF7023).

        Thanks for your reply. I understand that you can't guarantee that anything not in the datasheet but unfortunately, the adf7024 datasheet is 24 pages long and doesn't have any register information. I'm not particularly interested in tweaking the radio profiles, but would rather use the other features described in the adf7023 such as the sport mode GPIOs and possibly the RS encoder.
