Do you have maximum recommended current for ADF7030-1 or EV-ADF70301-915AZ board?
If transmit power is <17dBm, 65mA is a suitable maximum current.
Will 1A harms the controller? Is about 85% switching power good for this controller?
If you are using a bench top power supply, setting the voltage at 3.3V will not destroy the part. It will not consume current more than necessary. But if you are able to push 1A of current to the EV-ADF70301-915AZ, it will be destroyed. If I may ask, how will you supply 1A to the EV-ADF70301-915AZ?

Thanks for your supports. I do not intend to push 1A current to ADF7030-1 but want to have ADF70301 and Its host microcontroller share the same 3.3V with 1A power supply in order to save a separate LDO regulator.
