    Hi Rajesh,

Is it correct to assume that you're referring to the ADF7023-J device and not ADF7203J?

Please refer to the data sheet of the ADF7023-J to learn how to interface to the ADF7023-J via SPI.

    https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ADF7023-J.pdf

All commands are sent via the SPI interface

    • SPI interface on pages 51-52
    • SPI timing specs on page 15
    • radio state transition commands on pages 30-32
    • memory access commands on pages 53-55

Packet transmission using generic packet mode can be found on pages 40-45. The ADF7023J also support the IEEE 802.15.4g standard. For information on IEEE 802.15.4g packet mode transmission, please contact your local FAE or sales organization.

    Regards,

    ED
