We are developing customized AD-FMCOMMS3-EBZ board.
We are encountering with problem in digital tuning the both Tx Channel and Rx channel during booting up of the linux in CMOS mode.
We are getting the following messages during Linux kernel boot up.

Basically, we are not able to see any data transfers to and from the customized board after the customized board is booted up.
Can anybody guide us as to how we can resolve the issues in digital tuning both Tx and Rx channels?
Can anybody summarize the steps to be followed to trouble-shoot the issues related to digital tuning of the channels?
