If you mean using meta-adi 2023_R2, that supports petalinux 2023.2 so it is likely not a good idea to use a bitstream using 2024.2. Might work but we can't really give any support if it does not work.

The ultimate goal is to bring up the ADRV9371 on the ZCU102 platform and achieve a complete data path from the ADC to the DAC. Given that the FPGA bitstream has already been generated using the ADI HDL reference design with Vivado 2024.2 on a Windows-based system, what configuration and integration approaches are available to properly initialize the device and enable ADC data capture and DAC transmission?

Well to bring it up I already stated that meta-adi does not support petalinux 2024.2 so if you wanna go the petalinux way, you're kind of on your own. In fac, AFAIK even our hdl tree does not have any official release branch based on 2024.2 (but I might be wrong). So, you can look at this tutorials:

For building DT + kernel + BOOT.bin manually.

Then you need to see if all devices are up and running and start from there.
