What windows iio-oscilloscope release version goes with zc102 carrier + AD9082 hdl_2021_r1 and no_os_2021_r1? With 0.14 I can connect using UART serial 115200 and see voltages in the scope but never pulls any data. With 0.15 I can connect with serial but no voltages and when I click play it crashes.

This is Ubuntu related configuration - Ubuntu lib paths are weird. You have 3 options here:
1. Find a way to pass the correct prefix so as /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libserialport.so.0 is overwritten when you sudo make install.
It keeps installing to /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/lib
