unable to increase IIO buffer DMA max block size

Question

I am trying to change the IIO buffer DMA max block size using sysfs. I am getting error: 
 echo 67108864 > /sys/module/industrialio_buffer_dma/parameters/max_block_size 
 error: 
 bash: /sys/module/industrialio_buffer_dma/parameters/max_block_size: Permission denied.

Hi, 
 That's because that file is likely read only. max_block_size is a module parameter so you need to change when loading the module or on kernel command line parameter. Go the linux docs to see how it can be done. Fairly sure there's lots of examples out there
