M2K / Scopy fails calibration

Category: Software
Product Number: M2K (ADALM-2000)
Software Version: FW V0.25 / SCOPY V1.4.1

I recently updated Scopy from version 1.3 to 1.4.1, but now my M2K seems to fail calibration every time. I use it quite regularly and never had this issue before, some additional information :

- Nothing is connected to the device during calibration, and it was not mishandled in any way that could cause permanent damage.

- Using python binding for libm2k does not return any datafrom the analog channels, any call to m2kcli returns this error : "m2kcli: symbol lookup error: m2kcli: undefined symbol: spi_write_only".

- Tried upgrading firmware, but I'm unable to after having spent a few hours attempting to do so. Not sure why the firmware isn't provided as a file and instead I have to build it, but I'm doubtful this is the cause of my issue.

This is very frustrating as I was using the device as my main oscilloscope / logic analyzer tool so I'm now unable to continue any of my projects until a solution can be found.
