I'm having trouble mounting the FAT32 partition from the SD.
I use the commands in the terminal. When I go to the / media / analog folder,
 which is where I mounted the partition, I see the list of uploaded files.

Then I put it on my board to be able to access the dbt file and 
I find that I don't have them. 
So I reconnect the SD to my PC and see that the FAT32 partition is unmounted.

Could you help me solve this problem?

Not really sure what you mean here.

What do you mean that you don't have the dtb files? Are they the only ones missing or are you missing all the boot files?

in point one it says to mount the FAT32 partition.

I can see all the files mounted in the folder that I mention.
but then when I put the sd on my board, no file I mounted appears

What partition are you looking at? are you mounting the BOOT partition from the board?

The partition is mounted from the PC. Would I have to do it from the board?

That link Dragos provided assumes you are doing everything on the board, but its not required.

I was able to understand how to make the changes in my device tree.

If I want to change the parameters or customize the filters of my receiver, can I do this using the iio-oscilloscope?

That's fine thanks.

From what I come to understand, it helps me to design my own filters and not use the ones that the plate offers you. In case you want to use the ones offered by the board, according to the guide, you should use the function
__api int ad9361_set_bb_rate (struct iio_device * dev,
unsigned long rate).

How should I access the board to be able to use the configuration functions?
