ADRV9009-ZU11EG not booting from newest image (2019_R2)

I noticed a February 23 2021 SD image here and tried to use it on my ADRV9009-ZU11EG SOM.

I am not using an FMCOMMS8, so I copied BOOT.BIN and system.dtb from the "zynqmp-adrv9009-zu11eg-revb-adrv2crr-fmc-revb" folder into the top directory.  I also copied IMAGE from "zynqmp-common" to the top directory, as outlined in the README.txt located there.

However, with this SD in the carrier board, it fails to reach a command prompt.

It stops at approximately the same point during its process each time, but the problem doesn't always manifest at the same step.
