Set AD9371 Tx freq in Linux on ZCU102

Question

Hi 
 How i set the Tx Frequency in AD9371 connected to the ZCU102 board ? 
 I assume more information about my setup is needed - please instruct me and i will provide it

 You can use python: ad9371.py#L48 
 C: ad9371-iiostream.c#L220 
 IIO oscilloscope: iio_oscilloscope 
 or Matlab: ad9371-models.html)
