Is there a timeline for Linux kernel support for 4xadrv9009 with MCS? I believe you only have 2xadrv9009 in there at the moment.
Yes an X4 will be added - We're waiting for some HW, which will allow us to implement a quad ADRV9009 using the
Support in the kernel should be available in the next 1-2 weeks.
We're finalizing merging some new JESD204 Linux framework bits.
And this will include this support as well.
2xadrv9009 can be scaled to 4xadrv9009 with MCS as shown below.
Moving to Linux sub-forum for further comments.
So should the current code in your adrv9009 Linux driver be able to do this? Currently it only has a device ID of ID_ADRV9009_X2, I'm assuming an X4 one would need to be added, is this true?
Is there any update on availability of this functionality?
