I just updated my Zynq FPGA Linux image with the adi shell scripts.
Now the IIOD does not start automatically anymore the output is:
* Starting up X Sockets directories... [ OK ]
* STARTDISTCC is set to false in /etc/default/distcc
* /usr/bin/distccd not starting
Last login ....
Before the adi update, I also got some iio usb errors, as my device does not support USB right now. However, the iiod was starting before and no it is not starting anymore, only by manual call of course.
Should I implement it by myself? Whats the reason for not starting?
Maybe your file system got corrupted...
Try to re-image the card.
iiod has started
when running "ps aux | grep iiod" you get "/usr/sbin/iiod -D"
that means it's started
That's unexpected. Can you try to do the adi_update_tools.sh again?
If you do:
root@analog:~# /etc/init.d/iiod restart[ OK ]pping IIO Daemon iiod [ OK ]rting IIO Daemon iiod root@analog:~#
Are you getting any errors?
I ran the script again but same behavior like before.
iiod can not be found in /ect/init.d. I use the latest version of the scripts from github
I will try this but you might be right ^^
