Do some conditions will trigger ad9361 to send a sine tone by itself?

Hi,

I realized point to point communcation on two zynq706 boards with ad9361, but when i stop the TX program, I find the RX port will still receive a sine tone, I'm sure the received sine tone is not what I send. So I want to ask do some conditions will trigger ad9361 to send a sine tone by itself? And when start the linux, what should I do to let the osc not setup? modify some scripts?

     Thank you!

Once the DMA buffer output mode it disabled - the DDS core is automatically enabled.

If you don't want that - you can either set all the DDS tone scales to ZERO.

Or you can manually write 0 to the out_volatgeX_raw device attributes.
