I want to change the reference clock in the "ADRV9009-W / PCBZ Zynq UltraScale + MPSoC ZCU102 Quick Start Guide" from 30.72MHz to over 35MHz.
If I change the reference clock to 122.88MHz, what settings do I need to change on the IIO Oscilloscope?

You would need to change the profile from the IIO Oscilloscope with updated device/sysref clocks etc.

Is it the same as requested?
There is a good guide here that explains how to modify profiles, VCXO and REFA to your desired values.
The guide is for linux but all those parameters have identically named equivalents in no-OS.
The profile you found seems to be what you want but you might want to pay close attention to AD9528 REFA input configuration, since you want to change it to your own value.
