well i connected the EVAL-ADAU1761Z to raspberry pi i used this also https://ez.analog.com/linux-device-drivers/linux-software-drivers/f/q-a/111524/adau1761-on-raspberry-pi3/334051
but no success
aplay -D default:CARD=Seri MONO-000.WAV
no sound comes out
here is pcm list

First good thing that I see is that you have bcm2835-i2s-adau-hifi card. That's perfect.
Now next step would be to check with an oscilloscope if you have the I2S clocks/signals available. I2S_BCLK, I2S_FS, I2S_DIN, I2S_DOUT.
Also what's the position of S5? It should be in DOWN position.
Also based on what's your output data source on RPi->alsamixer->ADAU1761 card you have to select in DAC Playback Mux -> DSP if you have loaded a DSP firmware or AIFIN if there is no firmware and you want just to output the I2S data.
here is channel 0 gpio 18
channel 1 gpio 19 Connected to LRCLK
and channel 2 gpio 21 connected to DAC
i'm using this device tree maybe it's wrong
i tried to record using mic but no sound the BLK and RLCK there is a signal but there is no signal in DAC
Have you tried without the DSP firmware? Does it make any difference?
using AIFIN but no results
i removed olso the adau1761.bin same results
