Please find detailed OTP procedure on MAX22216/17 with TMCL- IDE below.
Procedure without IDE is mentioned below :
2.Set CRC_EN to LOW
3.Set ENABLE to HIGH
4.Activate MAX22216 by setting the ACTIVE bit in GLOBAL_CFG (0x01) register
5.Reset Faults by sending 0xFFFF to FAULT0 (0x65) and FAULT1 (0x66) register
6.Check for active Faults in FAULT0 (0x65) and FAULT1 (0x66)
7.Enter OTP programming mode by sending 0xFD12A7 over SPI
8.Prepare OTP by sending 0xF8001B over SPI
9.Write address of the register into OTP_ADDR (0x7C) register
10.Write data LSB into OTP_DATA0 (0x7A) register
11.Write data MSB into OTP_DATA1 (0x7B) register
12.Start programming by setting the SRT_PROG bit in OTP_CONTROL (0x68) register
13.Poll DONE bit of OTP_STATUS (0x69) register. When it is equal “1” one programming succeeded, if others are “1” programming failed
14.Repeat steps 9 to 13 for other register
15.Verify process after power cycle and reading programmed register back
