Second, there is setting sequence requirement from the deserializer MIPI output enable to MIPI receiver enable: disable deserializer MIPI output --> setting SERDES --> turn on mipi receiver --> enable deserializer MIPI output within specific time to avoid the MIPI receiver missing the sampling window.
