In some cases, depending on system design, there may not be enough signals to pass a PWM signal from serializer to deserializer. The most common case for this is when High Bandwidth Mode is used. In this mode the CNTLx pins are not passed from serializer to deserializer except during blanking. The SD audio data pin can be used in this case as it is passed from serializer to deserializer continuously. AUDIOEN bit should be cleared to disable audio in this case.
