Question
I'm using the ADM3202ARUZ circuit in one of my designs. My problem is that I've
wired the circuit wrong. The RS-232 level pins (7, 8, 13 and 14) is coupled
towards the FPGA instead of the connector and the CMOS level pins (9, 10, 11
and 12) is connected to the connector instead of the FPGA.
Do you have a circuit with the same footprint but with the CMOS level pins at
7, 8, 13 and 14, and the RS-232 level pins at 9, 10, 11 and 12 instead?
Answer
No, I don't believe we have any parts with the same footprint but with the
RS232 and CMOS pins swapped around. Unfortunately it looks like you will have
to do some board hacks if you wish to debug the board and will have to redesign
with the correct pinout.
