To realize 1 versus many communications using a MAX3490, the slave machine can receive the data from the master host. However the response signal received by the master was incorrect. How can this issue be solved?

Since the MAX3490 does not have a pin to accept send/receive enabling signal, in case of 1-to-many connection, multiple slave machines will attempt to drive the communication line all at the same time, creating data conflict. Therefore, to design a 1-to-many tranceiver system, slave machines must have an enabling pin for send/receive. Because MAX3490 does not take send/receive enabling signal, this device cannot be used for systems where there are multiple slave machines.
