How does the MAX14930 tolerate a continuous short-circuit?
The MAX14930 datasheet does not clearly indicate how the device tolerates shorted outputs. Bench testing shows the MAX14930 can tolerate a continuous short to GND with the input held at VDD and a continuous short to VDD with the input held to GND.
