The MAX3293 is Maxim's only 1 Tx RS-485 transmitter, and it is only specified at +3.3V. There is not a +5V RS-485 1 Tx transmitter available from Maxim. The closest alternative would be to use the 1 Tx + 1 Rx half-duplex MAX13486E, which can operate at +5V. It's close in cost to the MAX3293, and in the available uDFN package can be smaller than the MAX3293 (2mm x 2mm uDFN vs. 3mm x 3mm SOT).
