MAX13448EESD+ No Connection (N.C.) pin operation, can it be connected to Vcc?
N.C. pins (pins 1, 8 and 13) are not bonded out from the die. They are not connected to anything inside the IC device. Although the datasheet pin description table states connect N.C. to GND or leave unconnected, there is equally no harm in connecting the N.C. pins to VCC.
