Is there one capacitance value for C1 and C2 that can be used for both 3V and 5V for MAX3250?
The operation of the internal charge pumps changes somewhere between VCC = 3.8V and VCC = 4V. If the C1 or C2 capacitors are sized incorrectly when this happens, the part generates quite a bit of noise and can end up with serious operational problems. Therefore, one capacitance value for C1 and C2 cannot be used for both 3V and 5V operation.
