in wich document is explained the software (api) interface between fido5100/fido5200 and an application processor. In the chip datahseet at page 13 (http://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/fido5100-5200.pdf ) should I consult the "driver user guide" but where can I find it?
We are currently in the process of converting this document to an ADI Formatted document. It currently exists on the Innovasic Developer Portal.
If you go to the main website www.innovasic.com and register for the Developer Portal, it can be found in the fido5000 section of the Developer Portal.
Thanks and Best Regards,
We are planning to use Fido 5000 based Evaluation Kit for out TSN network. I had following question,
Is there host programming intreface for host on evaluation Kit?
Can I boot Linux on host processor?
Is webportal mandatory for configuring switch, or there is other method, where I can provide configuration as plain text?
Can you please provide block diagram of evaluation Kit?
Hello the TSN evaluation kit does not support programming via the host interface. The only current way to interact with the TSN evaluation kit is through the web server.
It is meant as a way to evaluate the support for some of the TSN features as they are supported by the fido5000 based TSN kit.
I'm citing what the TSN Evaluation Kit brochure promised:
The TSN evaluation kit consists of hardware and software.
The software items are available for download on the innovasic website in the Developer Portal:
TSN drivers, software and software user's guide are not available at the portal.
I appreciate any explanation,
Thank you and kind regards,
