We don’t have a drop in replacement for the 5B RTD modules. There are two isolated RTD reference designs that may provide a good starting point, depending on your system performance requirements:

CN0287 Isolated 4-Channel, Thermocouple/RTD Temperature Measurement System with 0.5°C Accuracy
