Protection circuit in a bus connection part of  ADM3077E/ADM3490E

Please inform me about a protection circuit in a bus connection part of ADM3077E/ADM3490E.

Is a protection diode the single way or is it bidirectional?
Doesn't a countercurrent occur to a power supply terminal from Rx?

Another question.
How many is the resistance value about pull-up resistor, pull-down resistor and input resistance?

When you can illustrate, I'm thankful.

Regards,

  • ADM3077E and ADM3490E protect against both positive and negative ESD discharges to A, B, Y and Z pins.

Current can flow into or out of RxD - this is indicated on the datasheet by specifying positive or negative currents for the minimum/maximum output low/high specifications (for example +1 mA or -1 mA for ADM3077E RxD output low/high).

Minimum input resistance on the bus pins A, B is 96 kOhm for ADM3077E and 12 kOhm for ADM3490E.

Can you please clarify your question about pull-up and pull-down resistors?

    Regards,

    Conal

  • I understood.
Inflow of an electric current and outflow of an electric current to a receiver are managed by the inner circuit.
Resistance as fail safe at the time of an open error isn't had built-in.
I have to add that to the outside.

    Thank you very much.
